Day 3:
After examining the presence of Parkin on p9 mice, we decided to use the same method of western blotting to identify the presence of PINK1. The same samples were prepared and SDS PAGE was carried out as seen with Parkin. Again, the primary antibodies were from two different companies Abcam and Novus were used to locate the PINK1 and left in the cold room for 24 hours at 4°C.
